In response to the present application, respondent no. 1 has filed submission on oath. Paragraph No. 4 of the submission is reported below:

"It is submitted that, the Investigating Agency after registration of First Information Report completed investigation and also prepared final report U/s 173 of Criminal Procedure Code in which Investigating Officer came to be conclusion that no offence is made out against the present applicants. The copy of the final report, excluding statement and other documents, is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure R-I for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. It is submitted that,

2 APL831.2016 the said final report is pending for verification/scrutiny by the senior officer and hence same was not filed before the Trial Court". In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. The same is disposed of as infructuous. JUDGE JUDGE Ansari
