By letter dated 01/03/2025, the District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia seeks extension of time.

By order dated 05/03/2024, this Court has directed District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia to dispose of the trial within one year from 05/03/2024.

Now, the prosecution has already closed the evidence and case is fixed for statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. It is apparent that there is a progress in the trial.

Considering the case is at a fag end, learned District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia shall dispose of the same within two months.

Inform the District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Gondia accordingly.
