DATED : OCTOBER 17, 2018 This is an application for modification of order dated 12.01.2018. By this order, this Court has imposed costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee and to remove the office objections. In the order, it was observed that office will permit the applicant to remove the office objections only after payment of costs of Rs.25,000/-. This application is mainly for modification of the amount of costs.

I have heard Mr. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that though there was a delay on the part of the applicant, that was really not within his control and he satisfied the same in paragraph no.3 of the application.

In view of the explanation given in paragraph no.3 of the application, in my view, order of penalizing the applicant by imposing costs of Rs.25,000/- is

caf3121.18.odt required to be modified. The applicant is directed to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- instead of Rs.25,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

Applicant to remove office objection within 10 days from today after payment of costs.

The application is disposed of.

Civil Application No. 3120/2018 No orders are necessary on this application since the Court has already extended time to remove the office objections by 10 days.
