DATED : July 10, 2019 Shri A.M.Balpande, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that in view of order passed on 03.07.2019 rejecting the application that was filed by the respondent no.3 on 30.07.2015, the cause for filing the present writ petition does not survive.

Shri S.G.Jagtap, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that the respondent no.3 would independently challenge the aforesaid order dated 03.07.2019.

Hence in view of these subsequent events, the cause for prosecuting the writ petition does not survive. The same is disposed of accordingly.
