By this petition, the petitioner has challenged interim order dated 18-09-2025 passed by the School Tribunal, Chandrapur, rejecting the application for stay in Appeal (STC) No.05/2025. It is pointed out that the parties before the Tribunal have filed their respective affidavits in reply and the matter is at the stage of final arguments.

In view of this, considering the fact that the instant petition raises a challenge only to the interim order rejecting the stay application, it is desirable that the appeal is directed to be decided on merits. Hence, no indulgence is made with the impugned order at this stage. The points raised by the parties are kept open.

The School Tribunal, Chandrapur is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today. 5.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
