By this application, the applicant seeks correction in the order dated 12th October 2018. It is pointed out that the crime number which is registered against the applicant is Crime No.121/2018 and not Crime No.141/2018. It is further pointed out that this Court has directed issuance of notice to the non-applicant making it returnable on 19th October 2018 however, at the end of the order it is stated that the application is allowed.

There are apparent mistakes in the order which are required to be corrected. Hence the "Crime No. 141/2018" in para No.5 of the order dated 12th October 2018 be shown as "Crime No.121/2018" The last sentence of the order dated 12th October 2018 i.e. "the application is allowed in the

After carrying out the corrections, copy of the corrected order be supplied to the applicant as well as the non-applicant.

The criminal application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
