This petition takes exception to the order dated 21st October, 2024 passed by the respondent no.2 Divisional Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Amravati.

Considering the grievance raised in the petition, the following order is passed :

i.

Respondent no.1 - the State Government shall decide the stay application in the revision filed by the present petitioner against the impugned order within SKNair

ii.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent no.1 on 2nd December, 2024.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
