This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. 2.
Heard learned counsel Shri S.V.Sirpurkar for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.A.Thakare for the State. Also, perused record and proceeding which is required for consideration of this application.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, and perusing record and proceedings, and when the Court expressed its inclination to reject the application, learned counsel Shri S.V.Sirpurkar for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application. He submitted that the appeal be expedited. He further submitted that .....2/-

The criminal application stands rejected as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not supplementing reasons for rejection of the application. However, prayer for filing of the paper-book made by learned counsel for the applicant is granted.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that paper-book will be filed by 15.1.2020.
7.
After paper-book is filed, Registry is directed to place the appeal for its final hearing.
