Vide order dated 14.10.2025, the First Information Report in question was quashed, subject to the costs of Rs.20,000/- by the applicants and Rs.20,000/- by the non-applicant No.2. The office note shows that the costs has not been deposited, however, learned counsel for the applicants has tendered across the bar a pursis along with a receipt evidencing payment of costs of Rs.20,000/- to the High Court Gazetted Officers Association.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2 also makes a statement that the costs has been paid as directed by this Court and undertakes that to file a pursis during the course of the day. Statement is accepted.
