According to her, though the land was auctioned, petitioner is in possession of the property and also has applied for allotment of the land to the respondents.

She has brought our attention to Page No.36, which is an application dated 22.07.2025. According to her, grievance would be readdressed if the respondents/authorities are directed to decide the application within a time-bound period.

Accordingly, we direct petitioner to produce the copy of this order before the respondent-Tahsildar, Prity

2 / 2 910.wp6286.2025 within one week from today. The Tahsildar, Sangrampur, is directed to decide the representation within two weeks thereafter.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
