After arguing for some time, when I expressed that I am not inclined to grant the prayer made by the applicants / accused and I was to start with the order, the learned Advocate for the applicants prayed for permission to withdraw the criminal application, however, requested that the learned Sessions Judge may be directed to conclude the trial within 15 days. It is submitted that recording of evidence is over and only arguments are to be made.

The criminal application is disposed as withdrawn.

The learned Sessions Judge shall conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case till 21st December, 2018. The learned Advocate for the applicants / accused states that the arrangement to serve a copy of this order / writ on the learned Sessions Judge can be made on behalf of the applicants.
