2 / 2 40-CAF 918.2023 CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO. 919 OF 2023 By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 19/05/2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in case No. 1129/AMT/AMT/2018. 2.
On depositing the net enhanced amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits within 10 weeks, stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the compensation amount within aforesaid period of time, the stay granted by this Court will automatically vacate without further reference to the Court. 3.
Appeal be placed before the Court after service of respondent No.1.
