Perused the impugned judgment and order. In my view, interest of justice would be served if this application is partly allowed.

The application is partly allowed. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted together to withdraw an amount of Rs.10.00 lakhs and respondent Nos.3 and 4 are permitted together to withdraw an amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs, and the remaining amount be invested in fixed deposit account. The application is disposed of accordingly.
