DATE : December 23, 2015 Prayer in the application is to extend the period for complying with the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 05/12/2015 by period of fifteen days. It is submitted that further period of fifteen days is required for paying the difference of wages and deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as directed.

The application is opposed by learned counsel for respondent No.1 on the ground that the difference in wages are already determined by the impugned order.

Considering reasons mentioned in the application, the period for complying with the directions in respect of paying the difference of wages and depositing an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- is extended till 19/01/2016. On failure to comply with aforesaid directions, the order dated 05/12/2015 would stand vacated as observed therein. Application is disposed of accordingly.
