This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of writ petition, of which registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the petitioners want to contest the petition on merits. However, since the petition was dismissed, it is required to be registered afresh. It is submitted that the delay of 24 days occurred due to the oversight of the Advocate for marking the matter. Learned Advocate submits that the delay of 24 days is unintentional and it may be condoned. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the submissions advanced, the application is allowed and the delay of 24 days in filing the application for restoration of writ petition is

2 5. CAO 1181 of 2025.odt condoned, however, subject to costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only), to be paid by the petitioners to the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur, within a period of one week from today.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (STAMP) NO.23462 OF 2025 1.

This is an application for restoration of writ petition, which is dismissed in default by order dated 08.09.2025, for non removal of office objections within stipulated period. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants/petitioners desire to contest the petition on merits and they are ready to remove the office objections so that the petition can be registered.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the application for restoration of writ petition is allowed. The order dated 08.09.2025, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is quashed and set-aside. The applicants are directed to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. On removal of the office objections, the writ petition be restored. 4.

In view of the above, the miscellaneous civil application is disposed of.
