This is an application for grant of permission to deposit the decreetal amount as per the order of this court in First Appeal No.1187/2008.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 4.

The application deserves to be allowed. The appellant shall deposit the amount within a week. Registry is directed to accept the same.

Learned advocate for claimant-respondent no.1 submits that the claimant-respondent no.1 may kindly be allowed to withdraw that amount.

Registry is directed to pay that amount to the claimantrespondent no.1 as per the judgment of this court. 7.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
