This is an application for grant of permission to deposit the decreetal amount.

Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 4.

Learned advocate for the appellant and the respondents pointed out the order passed by this Court dated 18.09.2024, by which, the appellant was directed to deposit the amount within four weeks along with interest accrued thereon. However, four weeks time are over. Learned advocate for the appellant further seeks one week's time to deposit the amount.

At his request, one week time is granted, as prayed. 6.

Learned advocate for the claimants submits that if the amount is deposited, Registry is directed to pay that amount to the legal representatives of original claimants.
