It is stated on behalf of the non-applicant that the alimony for three months could not be deposited in the month of November, though it was due then, in view of the demonetisation policy. It is stated that the entire dues are, however, cleared in the month of December-2016 and as on today, nothing is outstanding towards the amount of maintenance pendente lite.
In view of the aforesaid, the prayer made in the civil application cannot be granted. The civil application stands disposed of.
