By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions in the order, dated 29.04.2016.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that till the filing of the contempt petition, the respondents had not complied with the direction of expediting the process for granting the benefits to the petitioner within three months. It is, however, fairly stated that after the contempt petition is filed, the order is complied with and the benefits are released in favour of the petitioner.

Shri Joshi, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, states that as per the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the pendency of the contempt petition, the entire amount of Rs.4,57,185/- is paid to the petitioner.

CP11-17 In view of the statements recorded hereinabove, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
