Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the present application, the applicant is seeking permission to deposit the amount in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 14-1-2015.
Perused the order passed by this Court dated 14-1-2015. The petitioner is directed/permitted to deposit the amount equivalent to the wages of the respondent no. 11 with the Registry of of this Court every year by 15th December and respondent no. 11 was permitted to withdraw the same after furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. By order dated 14-1-2015, this Court modified the order dated 1-10-2014.
It is the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that due to some communication gap, the amount could not be .....2/-
2 caw2602.15.odt deposited by 15-12-2015 and though the applicant was ready and willing to deposit the amount on 18-12-2015, as the stipulated period as directed by this Court was over, the Registry of this Court did not allow the petitioner/applicant to deposit the amount. The submission of learned counsel is that the delay caused is due to inadvertence and communication gap and the petitioner made a bonafide attempt to deposit the amount immediately on 18-12-2015. Considering the grounds raised in the application and considering the fact that delay was hardly of 3 days, the petitioner is permitted to deposit the amount within one week from today in compliance of order dated 14-1-2015 of this Court. It is also made clear that hereinafter the petitioner/ applicant to comply the orders passed by this Court in time.
The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
