DATED : AUGUST 09, 2019 The learned counsel for the applicants informs that the present application has arisen out of matrimonial dispute between applicant No.1 and nonapplicant and by way of filing pursis it is stated that the applicant No.1 and non-applicant have now amicably settled their dispute. In pursuance thereof a decree for divorce by mutual consent was passed on 31/07/2019, by the Family Court at Amravati.
In this backdrop, it is submitted that the grievance of the applicants does not survive and the application may be disposed of.
Hence, the present application is disposed as withdrawn in view of the aforesaid material placed on record by the learned counsel for the applicant. JUDGE MP Deshpande
