The learned counsel for the applicant submits that permission be granted to him to withdraw the present application in order to file a revision before the revisional Court challenging the order dated 28.11.2016. He invited my attention to the order passed by this Court on 20.12.2016 by which, ad interim stay was granted in favour of the applicant.

Permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw the present application in order to file the revision before the revisional Court. If the revision is filed within 15 days from today, till that time order dated 20.12.2015 shall remain in operation.

It is made clear that this Court has not applied its mind on the merits of the matter. Further, the learned revisional Court should consider the application
