This application is filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeking permission to withdraw the amount as deposited by the appellant - V.I.D.C.

As the appeal is already settled before the Lok-Adalat, the instant Civil Application is allowed. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount alongwith interest as deposited by the appellant - V.I.D.C. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
