Challenge raised in the present writ petition is to the order passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner on 01/01/2019 staying the effect and operation of the order passed in Change Report proceedings under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.
Considering the interlocutory nature of the order it would be in the interests of justice to direct consideration of the revision application filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein under Section 70-A of the said Act.
Hence without entering into the merits of challenge the
957-WP-7985-19 2/2 proceedings in Revision Application No.365/2018 are expedited. The learned Joint Charity Commissioner shall take necessary steps to decide the said proceedings by the end of March 2020. The parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of those proceedings.
Keeping all points open, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
