After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, the involvement of the present appellant reveals, therefore, I have expressed this Court shows disinclination to grant bail to the present appellant. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Considering the appellant is having small child of 10 years and her involvement appears to be there on the basis of communication with the co-accused. Considering the same, learned Counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is not substantial progress in the trial.
