DATE : November 10, 2022 Perused the order dated 13/03/2020 by which report of the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur was called. The report has accordingly been sent by the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner on 03/12/2020. The same indicates that in proceedings pertaining to three Change Reports, evidence is to be recorded. Besides that there are nine other Change Reports pending. Since these Change Reports pertain to the year 2011 and onwards, it is directed that the said Change Reports be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law by the end of June 2023.
