2] In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to examine the legality of the F.I.R. 3] With liberty to the applicant to move application for discharge before the trial Court, the criminal application is dismissed. No costs.
