Vide letter dated 17/07/2025, the Additional Sessions Judge-11 (Special POCSO), Nagpur, seeking extension of six months for disposal of the Special POCSO No. 557/2023.

From the letter it reveals that seven witnesses are already examined. Recently Chemical Analyzer reports are received. Considering the reasons mentioned in the letter, further six months period is extended to dispose of the Special POCSO No. 557/2023.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge-11 (Special POCSO), Nagpur shall not seek any further extension.

Inform the concerned Court accordingly.
