OCTOBER 8, 2025 The petitioner - original accused is before the Court with a request to expedite the trial in Regular Criminal Case No. 115/2019. The Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is now fixed for argument, however, the informant is seeking adjournments for no valid reason.

2] Considering the developments, we dispose of the petition with direction to the informant to not seek adjournment without valid reason.

3] Copy of order shall be served upon the trial Court for necessary action.
