The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the costs of Rs.5,000/- has been paid and a pursis stamp no.1780 of 2016 to that effect has been filed on 8-2-2016. Statement is accepted. The office objection to that effect does not survive.
This civil application for condonation of delay has already been allowed and disposed of.

Civil Application (CAF) No.284 of 2015 :
There was an interim order in terms of the prayer clause of this civil application.
The applicant/appellant to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court along with interest, as per the award passed by the Tribunal, after deducting the amount already deposited in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited in this Court within the stipulated period, the interim order shall stand vacated and the application for stay shall stand rejected without reference to the Court, and the Trial Court shall proceed to execute the decree expeditiously.
The civil application is disposed of.
