2] This application is filed on 16th October 2018. Thereafter, no steps were taken to get the matter listed. When the matter came up before this Court on 9th September 2019, none was present for the applicant. Today also none is present for the applicant. Chargesheet is already filed. With the assistance of the learned A.P.P. we have examined the record. The application is for quashing of charge-sheet which is registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

On consideration of the documents placed on record, we are not inclined to allow the application. Hence, application is rejected.
