Since we are of the view that the prayer of the intervenors which is sought to be canvassed cannot be considered in the present petitions, the same is not pressed by the learned counsel. 2.
Civil applications are disposed of as not pressed. The applicants are at liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law.

Shri R. S. Parsodkar, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions informs that the petitioner has already superannuated from the employment of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

According to the learned counsel, the petitioner has accepted the verdict delivered by the Scheduled Tribes Caste Scrutiny Committee Committee, Gadchiroli vide impugned order dated 18/01/2018 and as
903-WP-1405-18,1404-18.odt 2/2 such he is not pressing challenge to the said order dated 18/01/2018 invalidating his tribe-claim.

In view of aforesaid statement, prayer to the extent challenge to the impugned order dated 18/01/2018 passed by the Scheduled Tribes Caste Scrutiny Committee, Gadchiroli has rendered infructuous. 6.
At the request of Shri H. N. Verma, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3-Employer, as a last chance stand over to 06/05/2024.
