Respondent no.5 in Writ Petition namely Kisanlal Mohanlal Agrawal is no more. Not only, but, he has disposed of the subject property and applicants in Civil Application no.2683/2017 are purchasers from him. Purchasers want to intervene in the matter. 3.

Petitioner seeks deletion of name of

Order 1306caw2683.16 respondent no.5 and to bring the purchasers on record as his successors.

At the petitioner, contesting respondents and purchasers have no objection, Civil Application No.108/2017 is allowed. With the result, purchasers be brought on record to substitute respondent no.5. Shri Gadhia, learned counsel appears for purchaser being brought on record. In view of this order, Civil Application No. 2683/2016 is disposed of as infructuous.

Parties jointly seek hearing of this Petition with Writ Petition No. 2121/2016. Office to list the matters together.
