The Education Officer vide communication dated 6th September, 2023 refused to decide the proposal dated 30th December, 2020 for grant of approval to the petitioner as a graduate teacher, because of pendency of this petition.

The petitioner therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition which is granted to SKNair

2-wp-1286-23.odt the petitioner with liberty to file a fresh, if such occasion arises after the decision of the Education Officer. 3.

The Education Officer is directed to decide the proposal dated 30th December, 2020 at the earliest and in any case within two months from today. 4.

The civil application as well as writ petition is disposed of.
