By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Buldhana to decide Regular Civil Suit No.155/2016 expeditiously.

Considering the issue sought to be canvassed in the petition, we dispose of the writ petition with a permission to the petitioner to move before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Buldhana before whom Regular Civil Suit No.155/2016 is pending, with a request for expeditious disposal.

If such request is made by the petitioner, the same be considered having regard to the National Litigation Policy. 5.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
