On a reading of the prayer made in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner can avail the remedy under the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Hence, we decline to entertain the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
