Civil Application is allowed. ----- Second Appeal No. 176 of 2012 :

Learned Adv. Mr. Kshirsagar for the appellants states that he is ready to pay the cost under the previous order, if not paid already.

Since the appeal was dismissed for not filing a paper-

book, the same is restored subject to appellants filing a paper book within a period of six months.
