This is an application filed by the applicant nos.1-a to 1-d for bringing legal heirs of appellant no.1 Manohar on record. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that appellant no.1 Manohar has expired on 8.9.2017. He further submits that his legal heirs needs to be brought on record.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of appellant no.1 Manohar on record. The application stands disposed of.
