The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.3,42,891/-. Considering the reasons stated in the application and considering the quantum, the claimants can be permitted to withdraw 100% of the amount. Hence the order:- The civil application is allowed.

Nazir is directed to transfer the amount in the bank account of respondent Nos.3 and 4 equally along with the accrued interest on usual undertaking.
