(Passed on 25.09.2021) The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat. It is informed that the applicant No. 1 Vitthaldas died in the year 2013. Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 and representative of respondent No. 2 - Insurance Co. are present. The parties have settled the dispute and filed the compromise term which are marked as Article 'A'. Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 who are present in the Court are identified by their Advocate Shri P. S. Mirache. The applicant Nos. 2 and 3 have agreed and accepted terms of compromise and signed the same.

In view of settlement, first appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise terms marked as Article 'A'
