The applicant prays that the condition imposed by the order dated 5th October 2018 that the solvent surety shall be furnished by either father or mother of the applicant be modified and maternal grandfather of the applicant be permitted to furnish the solvent surety. The applicant has also placed on record a copy of the Solvency Certificate. The learned A.P.P., on instructions, has stated that the preliminary verification is done by the concerned Police Officer.

In view of the above, the order passed on Criminal Application (BA) No. 892 of 2018 on 5th October, 2018 is modified. The condition that the solvent surety shall be furnished by the father or mother of the applicant is deleted and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Thousand and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount, which solvent surety shall be by Tarachand Gondi Patle (maternal grandfather of the applicant).

The criminal application is allowed accordingly. JUDGE RRaut..
