The petitioner is at liberty to file proceedings under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for restoration of possession as the contention is that the petitioner was forcibly dispossessed. We do not find any reason to entertain this petition on that count. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
All the questions are left open to be agitated in the appropriate proceedings.
