According to the petitioners, the land in question was wrongly subjected to the U.L.C proceedings.

Be that as it may, he has invited our attention to page No.127, which is a detailed representation made to the authorities. 4.

Since the issue can be decided by the authorities concerned, by considering the question of delay, we direct Respondent No. 2 - Additional Collector and Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling Act, Civil Lines, Nagpur, to decide the representation dated 28/10/2024 (Page-127 of the petition) within ten weeks from the receipt of this order.
