Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the outset, he submits that there is a misappropriation in the work carried out by the respondent-Panchayat Samiti. He has invited our attention to the communication dated 5th November, 2024 by which the report was called from the concerned Authority. Be that as it may, since period of one year has lapsed from the date of the said communication, we permit the petitioner to file a fresh application requesting to take the communication dated 5th November, 2024 to its logical end.

If such application is made, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide it within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order to the respondent No.1.
