The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the parties, namely, the petitioner and the respondent nos. 1 and 2 have arrived at amicable settlement. He further invites my attention to the pursis filed on record to that effect. He further submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the petition and pray for withdrawal of the same. The petition is allowed to withdraw.
