=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Mrs. S.P. Dhotre, Advocate for the Petitioner. Mrs. Nandita Tripathi, A.P.P. for the Respondents. CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND V.M. DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATE : 28 th JANUARY, 2016.

Heard.

Subject matter is, rejection of second extension of parole leave granted prior to 03/11/2015. This Court has already extended parole leave by interim order dated 23/12/2015 and by last order passed on 22/01/2016, the interim order has been continued till 28/01/2016. Rejection of extension is on the ground that wife requires prolong treatment.

When on earlier occasion, the respondents have accepted certificate of Doctor and granted parole leave, rejection of parole on same reason thereafter, is unsustainable. We accordingly grant extension till 3rd of February, 2016. However, the petitioner shall report back without fail on said date.

The writ petition is thus partly allowed and disposed of.
