According to him, the Civil Court vide its judgment/order dated 20.03.2007 has declared the legal heirs of the deceased I.R.Doye are entitled to claim 50% share in the amount of Fixed Deposit Receipt. Accordingly the petitioner no.2 has preferred an application on 29.07.2025, which is produced at page 37 of the writ petition, to the State Bank of India and requested to disburse the amount in their favour.

In view of aforesaid, we direct the respondent-State Bank of India to decide the application dated 29.07.2025 in the light of the order dated 20.03.2007 passed in R.C.S.No.873 of 1979 and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from today. 4.
With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
