It is not in dispute that grievance of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 and 5 to 12 has been redressed. In so far as petitioner no.4 is concerned, by placing reliance upon a government resolution dated 30.04.2008, respondent has pointed out that as petitioner no.4 has retired, he is entitled to only an amount of Rs. 3,000/- and not the increments as State Awardee Teacher.

According to learned counsel for petitioners this is discriminatory.

The arguments of learned counsel cannot be evaluated in Contempt Petition, hence, with liberty to petitioner no.4 Rambhau Raghobaji Bachale, to take such other recourse as are open in law, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
