In the present matter, on 07.01.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The same was the position on 21.04.2023. On 15.06.2023, again nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners, however, in absence of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court considered the pending applications i.e. the application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal heirs on record, the application for setting aside abatement and the application for bringing legal heirs on record and allowed all three applications.

Today, when the matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the office notes shows that the amendment is not carried out to the title clause, after allowing the application for bringing legal heirs on record. 3.

Thus, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present matter. Accordingly, it is dismissed for want of prosecution.
