DATE : 11.01.2016 Shri Sharma, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that despite the order of the University and College Tribunal, the respondent - Management has not permitted the petitioner to join the services. It is stated that as observed by the University and College Tribunal, Nagpur in the order dated 18.1.2012 in Misc. Civil Application No.18/2010, the petitioner would like to avail the remedy of approaching the District Social Welfare Officer in respect of his grievance. The learned Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, in this background.
Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
